Saunders Law Ltd is an English limited liability law firm, owned and managed by English solicitors. It is the successor practice of Saunders Law Partnership LLP, whose roots go back to 1974. Our principals are accessible to our clients, and legal work is undertaken by them and lawyers with the necessary knowledge and experience.

We give a bespoke service to our clients and do not undertake “commoditised” work such as residential conveyancing or will writing, which is now commonly undertaken on very competitive terms by unqualified staff employed by supermarkets and working in call centres.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Saunders Law Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance cover of £8m per claim, and limits its liability to clients on any transaction to that sum, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
