Educated Rydal School, Colwyn Bay in North Wales, Leicester University LLB and York College of Law. Trained at City of London firm Hill Dickinson and specialised in commercial litigation. Joined Saunders Solicitors LLP Criminal Department in 2002 and became a Partner in the Regulatory Department in 2006.

Specialises in advising on money laundering, fraud, asset forfeiture, professionals in trouble, and general regulatory issues, utilising his in-depth knowledge of both civil and criminal jurisdictions.

Recently appointed to the Law Society's online Directory of Experts for the provision of anti-money laundering advice to solicitors.
