After 10 years as a Solicitor in Local Government, 24 years as partner and then senior partner of Clinton Davis. Joined Saunders Solicitors LLP in 2002. Joe has a leading practice in civil claims for assault, wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, misfeasance and other claims against the Police and other Public Authorities. He also acts for claimants in professional negligence actions, particularly those involving lawyers. He has acted in many high profile cases, including recovering compensation for children in the Lockerbie disaster.
