Consultant - Local Authority Department Siobhan was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980, became a partner in a London West End practice in 1985, and then founded and ran her own practice until joining Saunders Solicitors LLP as a partner in 2004, and then as our consultant responsible for Spain. Siobhan is a Hispanophile and has a home in Marbella, where she is well known amongst local lawyers accountants and other professionals. Siobhan’s legal experience is very broad, encompassing a spectrum of litigation, company and commercial work, tax, insolvency, employment and family law. Such breadth enables her to deal with the various legal issues that the large British ex-pat community in Spain encounter. She has particular expertise in dealing with property based litigation for local residents against British developers. |
