Solicitor – Criminal Department Brian attended the University Of East Anglia and having gained his BA Econs was admitted as a Solicitor in 1975. He then worked for Offenbach & Co for an number of years until its closure whereupon he joined Saunders Solicitors LLP in 2001. Brian practices criminal law and has been involved in a number of high profile cases. Brian now specialises in fraud, asset forfeiture and restraint. Memberships The Law Society
