Solicitor/Higher Court Advocate – Criminal Department Stuart attended the University of Wales Aberystwyth from 1995 to 1998. Thereafter he continued his studies at the Cardiff Law School where he attained his Degree in Law and Business Stuart carried out his training at RFB Solicitors in London between 2001 and 2004 covering civil litigation, criminal litigation and family law He is currently practicing criminal law. Stuart regularly conducts trials in the youth and magistrates’ courts and has recently obtained his higher rights audience. He deals with a wide range of offences from driving offences to complicated conspiracies involving large fraud, drug supply and murder. Stuart also acts for clients facing restraint, confiscation and seizure of assets as well as those facing investigation and prosecution by the MHRA. Membership LCCSA
