Private law children proceedings: Residence, Contact and Specific Issue cases including complex cross-jurisdictional matters and child abduction: forced marriages, foreign adoptions, surrogacy.

Medical treatment; permission to discontinue treatment for terminally ill children and adults, non-resuscitation orders, children issues concerning contraception, sterilisation, abortion and genetic testing.
