Ali Parker of Saunders Law describes Palestine Action prosecutions as “unchartered waters” on BBC News

On 15 August, our Head of Crime and Regulatory Dept Ali Parker appeared on BBC London News to discuss the current investigations and prosecutions of hundreds of people arrested for supporting Palestine Action, a proscribed organisation, during demonstrations in July and August.

 Ali explained that, despite the mounting number of prosecutions being listed in Court from September onwards, the Crown Prosecution Service might review these cases once the High Court provides its decision on the validity of the proscription decision later this year.
