An expert commercial litigator and Solicitor Advocate (High Court Civil), Subir specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with sector specific expertise in matters involving metals, commodities, shipping, insurance, bank and joint venture and investment treaty disputes.
With over two decade's experience, Subir deals with the very large commercial and cross-border claims, including complex claims against sovereign states.
Initially qualifying as a barrister in 1984, Subir became a solicitor in 1991. Since then his High Court practice has assisted clients regarding cross-border frauds, letters of credit and guarantees, insolvency, commodities and shipping disputes, insurance claims and company disputes.
