James Saunders interviewed on BBC Radio 4 Today re Kevin Nunn case

13th March 2014

In 2006 Kevin Nunn was convicted of the murder of Dawn Walker in Suffolk. He has always denied his guilt and although the evidence against him was circumstantial, he had no eligible grounds of appeal after conviction. Mr Nunn instructed solicitors to conduct a "cold case review" but Suffolk Police have refused access to the case materials and documents claiming he has no right to them under English law. The High Court refused to assist Mr Nunn and his appeal to the Supreme Court to overturn that decision was heard on 13th March.

James Saunders of Saunders Law represented Mr Nunn in court.
