James Saunders interviewed on BBC Radio’s File on 4 about Miscarriages of Justice
On Tuesday 20 May James Saunders spoke in detail on BBC Radio's File on Four about miscarriages of justice emanating from the failure to subject forensic evidence in historic cases to modern DNA testing.
In particular, James discussed the Supreme Court case of Kevin Nunn and the case of Tony Lopes, where police have refused access to forensic exhibits which may prove whether Mr Nunn and Mr Lopes's convictions for murder are safe.
