James Saunders has written for online law and justice magazine The Justice Gap, about the Catch 22 scenarios facing the wrongly accused.

In the article, James discusses the important Supreme Court case of Kevin Nunn, amongst others, which concern the denial of access to case exhibits for modern DNA testing, which would not only confirm the guilt or innocence of those convicted of serious offences, but may also identify the real perpetrators.
