Saunders Law appears in Newsweek magazine

Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex (and others) v Associated Newspapers - Breaches of Privacy Claim and Unlawful Acts – October 2022

This morning, Will Charlesworth, our Deputy Head of Commercial Litigation, was interviewed by leading international magazine, Newsweek, about the breaking news that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex (and others) have brought a breach of privacy claim (including allegations of phone hacking, bribery and manipulation) against Associated Newspapers.

"I think recently, the Duke has been more willing to become a key player in taking that fight for privacy forward and holding the press to account."

At Saunders Law, we will be following this case with interest, particularly considering our solicitors’ experience of acting in the historic phone hacking litigation.
