Will Charlesworth, our Deputy Head of Commercial Litigation, has been interviewed about the use of NFTs in gaming. Crypto technology has moved rapidly and the gaming world has sought ways to incorporate NFTs, however so far those have been rejected by gamers. Is there ever an acceptable way to use NFTs in games? Can a decentralised token truly live in a centralised gaming environment?
