Saunders Law Strikes Again! Another Successful Record Deletion
Our client had been issued a Penalty Notice in 2011 for being in possession of a Class B drug.
After 14 years, our client instructed us to make an application for removal of this criminal record. After reviewing all of the available documents and our client’s instructions, Saunders Law made an application for record deletion under the ground that it was no longer in the public interest to retain the penalty notice on our client’s record.
We made the following arguments:
- At the time of the incident, our client was young and naïve,
- The penalty notice was having a huge impact on our client’s mental health,
- Our client lives in America and the Penalty Notice was causing him uncertainty about his future,
- Our client is an honest family man with a child on the way,
- Other than this one incident, our client has an exemplary record.
Saunders Law made the application in July 2025 and, within 12 days, we received the successful outcome. The case was conducted by solicitor Amber Richardson, supervised by Ali Parker.
If you have an incident on your PNC record that you would like removed, get in touch with our Crime department who would be happy to discuss how we can assist.
