Saunders Law successfully recovers over £300,000 from Blockchain

Saunders Law recently acted for a client who had invested in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Algorand but who, out of the blue, was informed by Blockchain to inform him that his verification level was being suspended and that they will not be providing an explanation. Blockchain agreed to refund him over many weeks but failed to do so.

Saunders Law was instructed to recover the funds from Blockchain and reminded them in a stiff letter of our client’s rights to his funds and his determination not to be fobbed off. We clearly got their attention as the funds arrived within 24 hours!
