Week 3 – Stay hydrated and eat for wellbeing.

There will be days where you want to avoid exercise or cooking a healthy meal as you work late and are exhausted after a hard day’s work.  But food and water is vital to maintain good health and mental wellbeing, it provides us with an energy source to keep moving throughout the day as well as being good for your physical health.  Beginning the day with breakfast, we know it is easy to ignore this meal and replace it with coffee, but breakfast will set you up for the day and assist with setting a focused, positive mind frame.

Attempting new recipes for meals in the week ahead will release stress and tiredness if it is planned and can be prepared in less than 15 minutes, this will allow you enough time to relax and ensure you have right nutrients in your diet to stay refreshed, energised and motivated.
