Karan joined Saunders Law as the Practice Manager in October 2021. She came to Saunders Law with 6 years’ experience as a Practice Manager and over 12 years’ experience as an HR practitioner having previously worked at several firms in the City & West End.
Karan has a strong commercial law background and manages the firm’s operations, including HR, IT and recruitment matters. Karan works closely with the firm’s partnership team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Karan is MCIPD qualified and has experience of dealing with all areas of the practice including, but not limited to:
- All aspects of HR
- Organisation Development
- Financial Management & budget management
- Regulatory Audit, Risk and Compliance
- IT Infrastructures
- Supplier Management
