Head Receptionist

Cvetanka joined Saunders in July 2025 as Head Receptionist she works alongside the Practice Manager in ensuring the service provided to all clients runs smoothly and efficiently. Her role includes being the first point of contact for new and existing clients; and assisting with day-to-day room booking and assisting our legal professionals with various office tasks. Cvetanka has 14 years' experience in client service roles, spending many years working with the ambassador of a diplomatic mission, and more recently within a City Brokerage firm. Cvetanka feels right at home at Saunders Law, after developing a passion for providing a high standard client service, and organising people.
