Disclaimer

The materials appearing on this website do not constitute legal advice and are provided for general information purposes only. No warranty, whether express or implied is given in relation to such materials. We shall not be liable for any technical, editorial, typographical or other errors or omissions within the information provided on this website, nor shall we be responsible for the content of any web images or information linked to this website.

Use of this website is not intended to create any form of professional or business relationship. If you wish to create a professional business relationship with Saunders & Partners LLP, you will need to contact us either via telephone or use the Enquire Online button.

No formal relationship between us as solicitors and any client is created until instructions have been accepted in writing from Saunders & Partners LLP and the client has signed our Terms of Business based on a client care initial letter.

To avoid any doubt the submission nor confirmation of submission of any online form constitutes such an acceptance.

Saunders & Partners LLP will consider each enquiry on an individual basis. However, sadly, sometimes we will need to refuse to provide a service for one of the following grounds:

  • we do not undertake that type of work,
  • you are unable to fund the work required,
  • we are too busy/do not have time to do the work
  • ethical, regulatory or other reasons to refuse (for example a suspicion of money laundering, conflict of interest, insurance issues), or
  • the case is too complex or difficult or we do not have the relevant skills and experience.

It may be that we are unable to confirm the exact reason we are unable to act if it would result in a “Tipping Off” offence, disclosure of details of the confidential relationship between Saunders & Partners LLP and another client or any other confidential reason.

Any decision to refuse to act will never be based on age; disability; gender reassignment; marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy and maternity; race; religion or belief; sex or sexual orientation.
