Ben is a solicitor in Saunders Law’s Human Rights and Public Inquiries Team.
Ben completed his training contract at Hogan Lovells in February 2019 and left upon qualification to pursue a career with a focus on civil liberties and human rights. In addition to his legal qualifications, Ben holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations and a master of laws (LLM) in Public International Law.
At Saunders Law, Ben is developing a mixed practice, focusing on public inquiries, inquests and civil claims against public bodies. In addition to his growing caseload, Ben is currently assisting with our work on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and the Infected Blood Inquiry.
In addition to a focus on inquests and public inquiries, Ben has a particular interest in claims involving discrimination, freedom of speech and assembly and international human rights. Ben’s approach is motivated by his unwavering commitment to access to justice for all, particularly the most vulnerable and disenfranchised members of society.
