Georgina’s focus at Saunders Law is commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Georgina qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and prior to joining Saunders Law, she completed her training contract and her first qualified year at a leading firm of solicitors in Buckinghamshire.
Georgina’s practice focuses on advising clients and representing them in:

- Breach of Contract disputes
- High Value debt recovery
- Civil Fraud claims
- Freezing Injunction applications/orders
Georgina provides clear commercial advice to her clients to ensure they are equipped to make informed commercial decisions, to suit their business or circumstances. Where instructed to do so, she assists her clients in negotiating with the opposition on complex legal issues and has an excellent track record in obtaining favourable out-of-court settlements, through alternative dispute resolution.
Displaying her initiative and compassion, Georgina ensures that her clients feel supported every step of the way.
Notably, Georgina was part of the team at Saunders who represented Darren Grimes in his successful appeal against the Electoral Commission in July 2019.
