Amber is a Solicitor who has been working with Saunders Law since 2018.

Prior to graduating with a first-class law degree in 2018, Amber competed in International Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions held in Glasgow and Chicago, representing her team to the final and to victory.

Amber initially joined Saunders Law as a paralegal, assisting on complex and multi-disciplinary litigation. Her natural aptitude and dedication to clients secured her a training contract which commenced in February 2020 and concluded in February 2022. Amber has now qualified as a Solicitor and is working in Civil litigation, Regulatory and Private Crime.

Amber is a vital member of the Crime and Regulatory Department, working alongside James Saunders, Steve Garratt and top-tier Counsel. She has an excellent grasp of the laws and procedures governing disciplinary work and forfeiture.

Although much of Amber’s work involves assisting clients whose bank accounts have been frozen and professionals facing regulatory proceedings, she also leads on making applications for police record deletion.

Amber’s success rate on caution deletion is impressive due to her skill in the preparation and submission of legal argument in support of caution removal.

Amber regularly drafts articles for internet publication on developing areas of law.

Notably, Amber was part of the team at Saunders who represented Darren Grimes in his successful appeal against the Electoral Commission in July 2019.
