Amber is a Solicitor who has been working with Saunders Law since 2018.

Prior to graduating with a first-class law degree in 2018, Amber competed in International Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions held in Glasgow and Chicago, representing her team to the final and to victory.

Amber initially joined Saunders Law as a paralegal, assisting on complex and multi-disciplinary litigation. Her natural aptitude and dedication to clients secured her a training contract which commenced in February 2020 and concluded in February 2022. Amber has now qualified as a Solicitor and is working in Regulatory and Private Crime.

Amber is a vital member of the Crime and Regulatory Department, working alongside James Saunders, Alistair Parker, Tom Airey and top-tier Counsel. Amber is an established solicitor defending clients in Professional Discipline proceedings, Trading Standards investigations, and white-collar fraud matters.

Amber has also a built up her own practice of Disclosure and Barring Service representations and challenges, as well as criminal record deletion caseload.

Amber’s success rate on caution deletion is impressive due to her skill in the preparation and submission of legal argument in support of caution removal.

Amber regularly drafts articles for internet publication on developing areas of law.

Notably, Amber was part of the team at Saunders who represented Darren Grimes in his successful appeal against the Electoral Commission in July 2019.
